Custom requests can be accommodated with advance notice, pricing to be determined based on the request.
Notes: All prices are subject to change based on the season and availability. A non-refundable deposit of X% is required to secure the booking. Final payment is due X days before the event date.
Cancellation policy: At Ranch McCoy, cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a non-refundable 30% deposit. Full refunds, minus the deposit, are available for cancellations made over 30 days before the event, while cancellations within 15 to 30 days incur a 50% charge. Events rescheduled more than 30 days in advance won't face extra charges, but a 20% fee applies for rescheduling within 30 days. In case of extreme circumstances or Ranch McCoy's cancellation, alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered.
